So, the Lottery method is for all VIP Member Names will be entered into a lottery if they are interested in an upcoming workshop or event. Their names will be randomly placed in a lottery with other VIP Members and one or two (each event will determine how many spots are available) and their name will be selected to have VIP or First Choice to the Event. They will not be placed on a Wait List.

How Your Annual Membership Dues Support Nonprofit Sustainability

Program Development: Your membership dues directly contribute to the development and expansion of our programs. With your
support, we can enhance our existing initiatives and create new programs that address the evolving needs of women in our community.
Operational Costs: Running a nonprofit organization requires financial resources to cover operational costs such as liability insurance, storage and office space, post office box, and administrative expenses. Your membership dues help us maintain a sustainable infrastructure, ensuring that our organization can continue to operate efficiently and effectively.
Outreach and Advocacy: A significant portion of your membership dues is allocated towards outreach and advocacy efforts bridging the gap in services. These funds enable us to raise awareness about the issues faced by women in need, advocate for their rights, and collaborate with other organizations to drive positive change.
Capacity Building: ‘Leave No Woman Behind’ believes in continuous improvement and capacity building. Your membership dues contribute to professional development opportunities for our volunteer members, enabling them to enhance their skills and knowledge in order to better serve our community.
Empowerment Grants: As our organization grows, we aim to provide grants and financial support to women who are pursuing education, entrepreneurship, or other opportunities for personal growth. Your membership dues play a vital role in funding these empowerment grants, helping women in need break free from cycles of poverty and injustice.
