Welcome Self-Love Week#1

Welcome everyone!

We are excited to be your facilitators in teaching you what self-love is. We will be going over self-care techniques and mind balance practices. We will be teaching you new practical ways to love ourselves fully. Our chosen animal is the purple lion. Purple is a color associated with spirituality, transformation, and inner wisdom. Combined with the powerful and regal presence of the lion, it symbolizes the journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The lion encourages us to tap into our inner strength, to embrace our unique abilities, and to trust our intuition as we navigate through life’s challenges. Furthermore, in the last week I have transcribed “The Four Agreements” cards for you to read. As well as, the link to the movie “The Earthing Movie”  this is a theory which teaches you how connecting with nature specifically with the ground helps keep not only your physical health but your mental heath “stabilized” or healthier. 

I hope you enjoy all the new ways to love yourself and keep yourself healthy.

Loving yourself is as important as loving others.

Workshop Activity:

Being impeccable with your word is the correct use of your energy; it means to use your energy in the direction of truth and love for yourself.

Inner Dialogue:

Be impeccable with your word

  • Enjoy Heaven on Earth 

Impeccability of the word can lead you to personal freedom, success, and abundance. You can attain the Kingdom of Heaven from this one agreement: 

  • Seek to Know the Truth

When you hear an opinion and believe it, you make an agreement and it becomes part of your belief system. The only thing that can break this agreement is to make a new one based on truth. Only the truth has the power to set you free. 

  • Speak with Integrity

Say only what you Mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to Gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love. 

  • Create a Beautiful Dream

Your word can create the most beautiful Dream, or your word can destroy everything around you. Impeccability of the word only creates beauty, love, and Heaven on Earth. 

  • Release the Need to be Right.

When you  believe something, you assume you are Right, and you may even destroy relationships in order to defend your position. Let go of the need to defend your position. 

  • Realize the power of your word.

Your word is the power that you have to create; It is a Gift that comes directly from your higher power (God)

  • Let go of self-judgement and blame.

Being impeccable, you take responsibility for you actions, But you do not Judge or Blame yourself for anything.

  • Manifest your true intentions.

Regardless of what language you speak, your intent will manifest through the word, what you dream, what you feel, and what you really are will all be manifested through the word. 

  • Become a White Magician.

All the magic you possess is based on your word, and you cast spells all the time with your opinions. You can either put a spell on someone with your word, or you can release someone from a spell.

  • Replace Fear with Love.

The human mind is like a fertile ground where seeds are continually being planted. When you are impeccable with your word, your mind is no longer fertile ground for the words that come from fear; Your mind is only fertile for the words that come from Love. 

  • Cultivate Faith.

To have great Faith is to have great power, Because your intent, your will, is undivided. When your word isn’t dissipated by doubt. The power of your word becomes even stronger. 

  • Express your Love.

Impeccability of the word can be measured by your level of self-love. If you Love yourself, you will express that Love in your interactions with others, and that action will produce a like reaction

60 Seconds Guided Meditation

Attached is a 60 second guided meditation which can be utilized as a grounding technique. I just learned this technique in a pain management class, it was encouraged to practice multiple times a day to end overthinking, decreasing anxiety, and grounding.

Workshop Activity: Five Minute Self-Love Hacks

Five minutes is better than nothing.

Self-nurturing opportunities happen all the time–a hot cup of tea, the smell of our soap, the sun on our face– and sometimes when we are preoccupied or lost in thought, we miss it. A trick to practicing self-love is to give yourself five minutes a day. Now during those five minutes, you must show up fully, staying present and aware. While five minutes may seem too short, it’s not if you make it count. Practice being intentional, aware of every thought, feeling, and physical sensation without judgement. Those five minutes can help you connect with yourself and bring you peace of mind.
