Diana and Stephanie will be leading Purple Lion in Week 1: Introduction to Self-Love; exploring Mind Balance and Self-Care. Through various mindfulness practices and self-care techniques, Diana & Stephanie will help you cultivate a healthy and balanced mindset. Purple is a color associated with spirituality, transformation, and inner wisdom. Combined with the powerful and regal presence of a lion, it symbolizes the journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The Purple Lion encourages us to tap into our inner strength, to embrace our unique abilities, and to trust our intuition as we navigate through life’s challenges. *Check – in using Self-Love Scale Week 1 and Follow up in Week 6 to reflect growth


Week 2: Oct 8- 14 – Christina Dominguez

In Week 2, LNWB leads the Rainbow Unicorn Week with focus on Body Balance and Inner-Voice. LNWB will guide you through exercises and activities that promote physical well-being and encourage you to listen to your inner voice. The vibrant colors of the rainbow represent diversity, creativity, and the beauty of embracing our true selves. Coupled with the mystical and enchanting presence of a unicorn, it symbolizes the importance of embracing our uniqueness and celebrating our individual colors. The Rainbow Unicorn encourages us to fully express who we are, free from judgment, and to find joy in our authentic selves.


Week 3: Oct 15-21 – Peggy Russell

Week 3, Peggy will lead the Blue Penguin, emphasizing Social Balance and Self-Discovery. Peggy will help you explore your social connections, foster meaningful relationships, and discover more about yourself in the process. Blue, a color often associated with calmness and tranquility, paired with the adorable penguin, represents the significance of finding inner peace and self-acceptance. The Blue Penguin reminds us to embrace our emotions, to find balance within ourselves, and to navigate through life with a sense of serenity and grace.


Week 4: Oct 22-28 – Karen Walsten

Week 4 Karen will be the Pink Panda Week, focusing on Community Balance and Mental Health. Karen will provide insights and resources to support your mental well-being and encourage active participation in your community. Pink is often associated with love, compassion, and nurturing energy. When combined with the playful and whimsical nature of a panda, it symbolizes the need to embrace self-love with a gentle and caring approach. The Pink Panda reminds us to be kind to ourselves, to acknowledge our worth, and to allow love to flourish within. Prayer & scripture journal reflection, Journal art and lettering. Tie in art form / In person work person rock painting for creative expression and learning.


Week 5: Oct 29- Nov 4 – Three Women of a Certain Age: Monarose, Terri, and Martha

This powerful team will guide White Dove through Integration and Reflection, promoting Self-Acceptance. Together, we will reflect on our journey and integrate the lessons learned into our lives. White is often associated with purity, innocence, and spiritual awakening. Paired with the peaceful and gentle nature of a dove, it signifies the importance of self-forgiveness, letting go of past burdens, and finding inner clarity. The White Dove reminds us to release self-judgment, to embrace forgiveness, and to soar towards a renewed sense of self.


Week 6: Nov 5- 11 – Araceli Burgos

Araceli will lead the Yellow Turtle Week, dedicated to Celebration and Moving Forward. Araceli will help you set healthy boundaries and celebrate your progress, empowering you to continue your self-love journey. Yellow represents optimism, joy, and self-confidence. Paired with the slow and steady nature of a turtle, it symbolizes the importance of embracing our own unique journey at our own pace. The Yellow Turtle encourages us to trust in ourselves, to cultivate a positive mindset, and to have patience as we navigate the path of self-discovery and personal growth.
