Four Seasonal Wellness Programs
The LNWB focus is women’s health and being able to provide FREE and ACCESSIBLE educational workshops for character development and community restoration of applied resources all year long.

Join 1 of the 4 seasonal workshops, by participating in the virtual classroom environment or participating in one of our in person workshops. m Add to class discussions and prompting questions. Show support to others in the program; keeping a safe space.

Pledge $16 Annual Membership in support of LNWB Health and Wellness program and gain access to the private Member Volunteer Community Group where we take things to the NEXT LEVEL: Serve from a place of JOY and watch the love grow!
