Be impeccable with your word

  • Enjoy Heaven on Earth

Impeccability of the word can lead you to personal freedom, success, and abundance. You can attain the Kingdom of Heaven from this one agreement:

  • Seek to Know the Truth

When you hear an opinion and believe it, you make an agreement and it becomes part of your belief system. The only thing that can break this agreement is to make a new one based on truth. Only the truth has the power to set you free.

  • Speak with Integrity

Say only what you Mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to Gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

  • Create a Beautiful Dream

Your word can create the most beautiful Dream, or your word can destroy everything around you. Impeccability of the word only creates beauty, love, and Heaven on Earth.

  • Release the Need to be Right.

When you believe something, you assume you are Right, and you may even destroy relationships in order to defend your position. Let go of the need to defend your position.

  • Realize the power of your word.

Your word is the power that you have to create; It is a Gift that comes directly from your higher power (God)

  • Let go of self-judgement and blame.

Being impeccable, you take responsibility for you actions, But you do not Judge or Blame yourself for anything.

  • Manifest your true intentions.

Regardless of what language you speak, your intent will manifest through the word, what you dream, what you feel, and what you really are will all be manifested through the word.

  • Become a White Magician.

All the magic you possess is based on your word, and you cast spells all the time with your opinions. You can either put a spell on someone with your word, or you can release someone from a spell.

  • Replace Fear with Love.

The human mind is like a fertile ground where seeds are continually being planted. When you are impeccable with your word, your mind is no longer fertile ground for the words that come from fear; Your mind is only fertile for the words that come from Love.

  • Cultivate Faith.

To have great Faith is to have great power, Because your intent, your will, is undivided. When your word isn’t dissipated by doubt. The power of your word becomes even stronger.

  • Express your Love.

Impeccability of the word can be measured by your level of self-love. If you Love yourself, you will express that Love in your interactions with others, and that action will produce a like reaction.

Day 5: I am in love with the song, it made me cry when I heard it the first time.
Gotta free my SOUL and keep moving forward forgive who has hurt me focus on my future, I’ve got one LIFE want to make it COUNT accept the past gotta LOVE myself!!
Personally, the only person I need to “forgive” is MYSELF for allowing others to hurt me.

It may seem like there’s nothing you can do about stress, but you have more control that you might think. If you’re living with stress, you’re putting your entire well-being at risk. Effective stress management helps you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun-and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on.

Stress management is not one-size-fits-all, which is why it’s important to experiment and find out what works best for you. Some helpful tips to manage stress are to identify the sources of stress by starting with a journal. By keeping a daily log, you can find the cause of the stress, how you felt, how you acted in response, and what you did to make you feel better. Other tips include eating healthier, adding physical activity, connecting with friends and family, and managing your time better.

Today, think about what leads to your stress and what steps do you take to relieve that stress. Pay attention to your body and connect with your breath. Move with intention and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment. What kinds of tips can you offer to others who are struggling with stress management? For me, I love nature walks. I leave my phone at home, clear my head, and just walk and enjoy all that mother nature has to offer. Just being present in the moment helps to clear our thoughts, relieving stressors, and helps us to strengthen our mind and body connection.

Take time to enjoy the moment alone.

A Gratitude Note to Myself
As you know, it takes courage to release self-doubt and rebuild a foundation of self-worth and love. In line with practicing gratitude and self-compassion, we can thank those negative traits for trying to protect us and help us at times when we needed it, especially in our relationships. Write a thank- you letter to your self-doubt and insecurities for the ways in which they may have attempted to help. Be sure to include in the last line that you no longer have a need for those negative beliefs anymore, and bid them farewell

Dear insecurities
Thank you for feeling insecure about my body and self esteem. Due to that I’m growing stronger and loving myself now. I’m learning to love my body and take care of it. I’m learning to love myself for who I am not how I look like. I have s long journey, but I know I can do it. My body is changing and also my mind. As I get older I understand and love my body because I realize it’s strong and powerful. Every inch of my body is important even the parts where I feel that It should look like that now I know it has a purpose.

So, Why should we embrace gratitude? Because it has the power to transform our lives. It allows us to make sense of our past, find peace in the present, and create a vision for tomorrow. By practicing gratitude, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities and experiences that we may have never noticed before. Well right now this is the only purple I can spot because I’m sitting in a lobby waiting for massages that I booked for my husband and me for his birthday. Purple is one of my favorite colors. It makes me feel strong, beautiful and regal, the way God created me (all of us)! I usually paint my toes purple but they aren’t in this pic because I haven’t had a pedicure in a hot minute lol

It can help to slow down, quiet the chatter in your mind, and relax your body to allow your inner wisdom to speak to you.
